Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Methods

  • USA - USPS Economy and Priority
  • Canada - Canada Post
  • Outside of USA or Canada - PostNL, DHL or UPS

We ship within 5 business days of receiving your order. This applies to all our shipping methods - Economy, Flat rate, Priority, UPS and DHL Shipping. There's a five day handling time for all our shipments.

It can be a few days before your package is visible in the tracking system.

Fast Delivery

USA customers please select USPS Priority at Checkout.

We offer a faster DHL delivery option for customers outside of USA and Canada.

Please select the this option at checkout.

You will need to provide an email address and phone number for the courier.

Tracking Number

Sometimes the ship notification with tracking number ends up in SPAM folder, so please check there before contacting us. If you did not receive a tracking number, contact us for one. 

Tracking with APC, PostNL (Economy shipping option) and USPS (Flat rate option) can be inconsistent and inaccurate. For instance, a carrier may skip one or more scans along the way. As a result your package might appear not to have left the destination or it might appear to be stuck in a particular location.

Tracking with DHL tends to be more timely and accurate. If you want better delivery times, we suggest picking this option at checkout.

Economy Shipping Delivery Times

Shipping to EU and Asia with ordinary post can take between 4-8 weeks depending on where you reside. As well many carriers will drop off notices to tell you where to pick up your package.

If you do not pick it up, the item is returned to the European shipping hub. We cannot retrieve it from here and therefore cannot attempt another delivery. 

We ask that you keep an eye on your order and for any notifications from our store.

Duties and Taxes

USA shipments are duty free.

We collect HST for Canada shipments.

All other countries: Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties and fees associated with customs clearance.

Shipping Insurance

All our shipments are insured and you can report an undelivered item depending on where you reside:

30 days - from last scan or tracking update for US and Canadian shipments

45 days - from the last scan or tracking update for International shipments

We do not provide refunds on shipments that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, missing information, situations where a customer does not pick up the package, or a refusal to pay customs fees, duties and taxes.

We will not be responsible or refund the purchase price when tracking shows that the package has been delivered to the address.

GPIO Labs Return Policy

The following summarizes our return policy (the “Return Policy”)

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, UNUSED, not damaged, and in its original package.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

  • A 15% restocking / re-testing fee applies to all returns
  • GPIO Labs is not responsible for the cost of return shipping
  • A return authorization must be requested from our customer service team within a maximum of 14 days after order is placed
  • To request a refund or exchange, please contact us first
  • Please do not ship the item back using the address on the return label
