Here's the formula for the conversion from dBm to Watt

P_Watt = 10^{((P_dBm - 30)/10)}

 

where

 

• P_dBm is the power in dBm
• P_Watt is the power in Watt

And to convert from Watt to dBm use the following formula:

P_dBm = 10*log₁₀(P_mW)

where

• P_mW is the power expressed in milliwatt.
• P_dBm is the power expressed in dBm
