This is a gold-plated SMA-Male (M) to SMA-Female (F) adapter for operation from DC to 6 GHz. Operation at frequencies higher than 6 GHz might result in signal degradation. This adapter is ideally suited as a connector saver for Test Equipment or Software-defined Radios.

Connect it to RF inputs or outputs that are of type SMA-F and it will take the brunt of mechanical wear and tear while saving the RF I/O connector on your equipment.
